Operational Update: COVID-19

Based on the recommendations from the Center for Disease Control, as of 5pm March 20th, we will be closing our lobbies and going to drive up only at all branches. With that said, we realize that life doesn’t stop even during a crisis. We are here for you and are committed to help you with your financial needs. It is important to us to still be able to serve our members, so we will be extending services at our drive-ups and over the phone. Our employees will also be calling out during this time to help meet your financial needs when possible. We will work by appointment for those with specific needs that cannot be done via drive-up. Please call us with your questions or to schedule an appointment at 605-334-2471

For daily banking needs we continue to encourage all members to use our convenient electronic services. This includes, checking balances, depositing checks, transferring funds or making payments. If you need help getting set up, using or navigating our website or mobile app please call us. ATM's are also available at many convenient locations through multiple networks across the country.
