COVID-19 Update

Levo® Credit Union is monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as the South Dakota and Sioux Falls Health Departments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Your health and safety is our first priority so extra precautions have been put in place for your safety.

At each branch, we have increased daily cleanings, provided extra hand sanitizer and are educating our employees on best practices recommended by the CDC.

Our continued commitment is to help you with all of your financial needs. With your health and safety in mind we remind you of the convenience of Levo®’s online and mobile banking to check balances, deposit checks, transfer funds or make payments. The ATM's are also available.

What else can you do?

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
• Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue.
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Refraining from touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
• Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects – both at work and at home.

Additionally, please be aware of fraudulent activity during this time. Please be conscientious in reviewing emails and providing personal or financial information. If you see any suspicious activity in your account, contact us as soon as possible.

We will continue to monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures as things unfold in order to protect our employees and members.
