You can avoid mortgage insurance if you have a 20% down payment or 20% equity in the home. A down payment as low as 5% is accepted (3% for first-time homebuyers). Available for both purchase and refinance.

Planning a short stay? Take advantage of low early rates, ideal if you have the ability to pay off your loan early and frequently. This option works well for short-term residency, as rates fluctuate with the market. It’s a good fit if you expect interest rates to drop soon. Available for both purchase and refinance.

The specific rate will be set at the time of loan application review. Variable rates are subject to change at the end of each calendar quarter and shall not exceed 18.00% APR. First Mortgage and Construction Loans are subject to an origination fee of 0.75% or $1,000.
