Information you provide directly.

Levo e*Mobile collects and transmits information from your device’s contact list to support Bill Pay and Mobile Lending features. Contact information is only accessed when you choose to use these services.

Levo Credit Union® works with the following contracted service providers to support our marketing, our website operations, and our member communications:

• HubSpot — provides our marketing, communications, and Customer Relationship Management platform. This provider processes data on Levo's behalf under contractual agreements that govern how they may use the information.
• Google – provides website analytics through Google Analytics. Google Analytics measures how visitors use our website in aggregate and does not receive your name, contact information, or account information.
• DeepTarget – to offer our products and services to you through our online and mobile banking platform. DeepTarget receives contact identifiers together with product or service type and term, so the offers shown inside online and mobile banking match the accounts you already hold.

Levo Credit Union® does not share, sell, or transfer your personal information to non-affiliated third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

We may disclose information as required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Your Choices and Consent

Cookie consent.

When you first visit levo.org, you will see a consent banner that allows you to accept or decline the use of certain cookies and tracking technologies on our site. If you decline, non-essential cookies will not be placed on your device. Non-essential cookies are placed only after you actively accept them. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) – Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have received personal information from a person under the age of 13, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.
