Dear Levo Member,
We understand that you may wish to delete your digital banking access profile. We value your privacy and are committed to assisting you with this process.
Before proceeding with the deletion of your digital banking access profile, we may, for fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes, retain certain data associated with your digital banking access profile even after it has been deleted.
To proceed with the removal of your digital banking access profile by email:
- Send us an email using the email address associated with your digital banking access profile.
- In the subject line, please write: "Request to Delete my Digital Banking Access Profile."
- In the body of the email, include the following:
- Your full name
- Email and phone number
- Reason for deleting your digital banking access profile (optional)
- Send your email to memberservices@levo.org.
To proceed with the removal of your digital banking access profile by phone:
- Contact us at: 605-334-2471
- Request assistance to delete your digital banking access profile
Our team will process your request promptly and ensure the secure deletion of your digital banking access profile. Please note that once your digital banking access profile is deleted, you will no longer have access to digital banking services associated with that profile unless you re-register.
