Levo Supports Brandon Valley Teacher

Each year, Levo awards 8 amazing teachers $500 to use however they want. This year one of our winners, Jayna Silvernail of BrandonValley, SD, was nominated by one of last year’s winners, Rachel Sturm! Here’s Jen McKeown from Levo with Mrs. Silvernail and her class. (0:01) Levo is proud to recognize one of our 2026 Adopt-a-Classroom winners, Mrs. Jayna Silvernail (0:07) at Robert Bennis Elementary School in Brandon. (0:10) And her nominator, Rachel, is going to tell us why she nominated Mrs. Silvernail. (0:15)

I nominated Mrs. Silvernail because my daughter Charlotte is in her class, is our number one (0:20) teacher hope for this year. (0:23) We just love all of the things that the engaging activities that Mrs. Silvernail does in here. (0:29) Charlotte says all the time she feels safe coming to school and being in the classroom. (0:34) And I just, I love how like authentic Mrs. Silvernail is and it helps Charlotte to come (0:39) to school and feel comfortable and like she can be herself.

(0:43) And what are you going to use the money for? (0:45)

We are going to get some new classroom books. (0:47) Oh, nice. (0:48) We're going to get some new fast finisher toys and building books. (0:51) Yeah. (0:53) Yeah. (0:53) So we'll have lots of new stuff to play with and read and do. (0:57) Does that sound okay? (0:57) Yeah! (0:58) Yeah! (1:00)
